브라이티(대표 곽인호, 이하 "브라이티")는 개인정보 보호법을 지키며, 필요한 정보만 받고 목적이 끝나면 지웁니다.
1. 이 사이트에서 받는 정보
이 사이트에는 회원 가입, 입력 양식, 결제 기능이 없고, 쿠키나 방문 분석, 광고 추적 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
2. 협업 문의 이메일

3. 인스타그램 공식 API (Brightee 앱)
브라이티는 메타의 공식 API를 쓰는 Brightee 앱으로 브라이티가 운영하는 인스타그램 계정을 관리합니다. 이 앱은 브라이티 운영자만 쓰며 다른 사람이 로그인하거나 가입할 수 없습니다.
- 브라이티 계정에 콘텐츠를 올리고, 브라이티 계정 게시물의 조회, 좋아요, 저장 같은 성과를 읽습니다.
- 브라이티 계정 게시물에 달린 댓글(댓글 내용, 작성자 사용자 이름, 작성 시각)을 읽고 답글을 답니다.
- 소개하는 가게와 호텔의 공개 비즈니스 계정 정보와 공개 게시물 사진을 출처를 밝혀 씁니다.
- 읽은 정보는 운영자 컴퓨터에만 저장하고, 팔거나 다른 곳에 넘기지 않으며, 광고 타기팅에 쓰지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
받은 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 사이트는 Cloudflare에서 호스팅하고, 이메일은 Google(Gmail)로 주고받습니다.
5. 정보 삭제 요청 (Data Deletion)
브라이티가 가진 내 정보(문의 이메일, 인스타그램 댓글 정보 등)를 지우고 싶으면 [email protected]로 "정보 삭제 요청"과 이메일 주소 또는 인스타그램 사용자 이름을 보내 주세요. 30일 안에 지우고 결과를 답장으로 알려드립니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
언제든 내 정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 위 이메일로 보내 주세요.

Privacy Policy

Brightee ("we") is a sole proprietorship run by Inho Kwak in Korea that creates restaurant and hotel content.
This website
brightee.kr has no sign-up, forms or payments, and does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Inquiries by email
If you email us, we receive your email address, name or business name, contact details and message. We use them only to reply and to work with you, and keep them for one year after the inquiry ends, or as required by law for contracts.
Instagram API (Brightee app)
We use Meta's official API through our app "Brightee" to manage our own Instagram accounts. Only the account owner uses the app; there is no public login.
- We publish content to our accounts and read performance metrics (views, likes, saves) of our own posts.
- We read comments on our own posts (text, commenter username, time) and reply to them.
- We read public information of business accounts of the places we feature, and credit any photo we use.
- Data is stored only on the owner's computer. We do not sell or share it, and do not use it for ad targeting.
Third parties
We do not share personal data with third parties. The site is hosted on Cloudflare and email is handled by Google (Gmail).
Data deletion
To delete any data we hold about you (emails, Instagram comment data), email [email protected] with "Data deletion request" and your email address or Instagram username. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
